Welcome!
SoftExpert Customer is a customer data management system that provides tools to assist in matters involving compliance with quality standards, such as ISO 9001. To this end, the component enables the association of fundamental documents, such as contracts and attachments.
In addition to managing the data of customers, SoftExpert Customer shows their presence throughout the system by means of lists referring to its association with other SoftExpert Suite components.
It also allows sending polls and periodic evaluations to a certain group of customers through SoftExpert Survey. With the evaluation results, it is possible to classify the customer base and track its evolution over time.

What are its characteristics?
When accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:
Configuration | Menu in which the initial configurations of the component are set; they will be used later on to add the other resources. Without a category configured, for example, it is impossible to create a customer. |
File | Menu in which customers are created. |
View | Menu that gathers the information of all registered customers for an overview. |
